Chrissy and I made spring cookies for the bake off at work and we won!!
Lemon Cookies (made from lemon cake with flour added to give more of a "cookie" consistency) covered in lemon cake icing. Mmm!!
We garnished with fresh lemon twists and served them on a green leaf plate for pizazz!
